Sears Daily Necessities is a well-rounded company specializing in baby care products. We have a complete product range of baby and mom skin care products, including shampoo, body wash, body lotion, body lotion for summer use, cleaning solutions, function treatment lotion and many more. Our items are safe as they have no AES material, formaldehyde and dioxin. We have 240 items for kids zero to six years, pregnant women and women who just gave birth.
We have two GMPC's FDA- and EU-audited factories covering a total of over 40,000 square meters manned by over 280 workers, assuring buyers that we can fulfill their volume orders. In fact, we have three processing lines for wet towels which have a capacity of 1.5 million bags per month, three processing lines for baby powders that produce 150 tons per month, four processing lines for skin care and cleaning lotions that produce 2,500 tons per month and one processing line for skin cleaning products which produces 1,500 tons per month. About 69% of our monthly output is sold locally.
We have 22 QC staff with an average of five years' experience. They run quality tests using our own laboratory and conduct quick moisture content tests. We also do raw material quality checks and other checks based on clients requests. We offer a three-year warranty on all our products as well.
To keep up with the constant demands of the market, we reinvest 5% of our annual revenue to R&D. Equipped with German's IKA skin oil and water inspector and American Agilent Technologies' color spectrum, our 10 engineers, some of whom have PhDs and post graduate degrees and an average of four years' experience, release two to five new items monthly. For a complete new product line, our development lead time is two to three months. We also work with South China University of Technology for more research on baby's actions, skin features and relative care solution products.
